TriCipher, Inc. Names Sandra Bergeron as New Board Member

Sandra Bergeron, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Research for McAfee® Brings Additional Security Industry Knowledge and Vision to TriCipher Board

SAN MATEO, CA – March 9, 2005 TriCipher, Inc., the innovators of strong authentication for the real world, today announced the appointment of Sandra Bergeron to its board of directors. She brings a national reputation as a security expert and strong strategic skills to the company’s board, adding to the collective experience, market knowledge and vision of the company.

Prior to assuming her EVP role responsible for strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions, Bergeron served as president of the Network Associates PGP Security business unit. At McAfee, Bergeron has also held the positions of senior vice president of U.S. sales for the McAfee Security business unit; senior vice president of McAfee Development; vice president of security engineering; director of Help Desk development; and director of development for the Saber LAN Workstation line of products.
